Seeking an Experienced Executive Assistant

South Texas Veterinary Specialists is currently accepting applications for a full time executive assistant. We are a fast paced, exciting referral practice specializing in veterinary surgery, veterinary internal medicine and oncology, physical therapy/rehabilitation, veterinary ophthalmology and veterinary dermatology. Our practice has expanded to the Veterinary Referral and Emergency Center of South Texas (VREC), a new 19,000 sq ft state-of-the-art facility.

We are seeking applicants with at least 3 years of executive assistant experience in a corporate environment. This position will support the managing partners and hospital administrator. Candidates need to be well organized, able to multi-task, and able to perform without much supervision. Candidate must be proficient on the computer with email, internet, and MS Office Suite expertise.

As our patient load increases, so does our need for outstanding technicians.

We are seeking applicants with exceptional nursing skills who are willing to practice the highest level of patient care. Our areas of need include surgery technicians and patient care technicians, both day and night shifts. Experience in any of these areas is a plus, but we will train the right candidate. Our technicians are an integral part of the practice and all your skills will be fully utilized.
